The customer then used all the reports and dashboards available in the workplace analytics platform. This enabled them to carry out more precise analyses, and to go beyond simply visualizing occupancy in real time.
Workspace layout
After just a few weeks, the data collected enabled us to enrich our planned development projects. The analyses facilitated the implementation of new workspace and living space layouts on campus.
More than just simple calculations, the proposed indicators are genuine decision-making tools for adjusting the number and size of meeting rooms, allocating the right number of workstations to each department, and so on.
