Jooxter, a French company specializing in workspace optimization, today announced the acquisition of Wx Solutions. World leader in workspace occupancy measurement and analysis, a Sodexo Group entity.
This operation will create a market leader in workspace management solutions. Firstly, the new entity will enable companies to better manage the occupancy of their premises. Secondly, it will enable them to optimize their energy consumption while adjusting spaces to the real needs of their employees.
