The Jooxter app to make your workspaces smarter
The Jooxter application has come a long way in recent months, thanks to all our teams: sales, operations, marketing, web and product development. That's why we wanted to do a second episode of our Jooxter presentation video in the Village by CA Paris workspaces. Jooxter's key features and what's new to make your workspaces smarter
Zones
Thanks to the Jooxter web and mobile application, it is now possible to reserve an office directly in a zone.
This space is pre-defined by your organization's administrators, enabling you to manage and organize spaces according to your teams' needs.
You can therefore reserve a space in a zone and set up wherever you like within it. So we're talking about a flex office, not a dedicated office.
So you can collaborate more easily, without having to book a meeting room, for example.
What's more, you can see directly on the application how full the zone is, as well as the number of spaces remaining, so you cananalyze the occupancy of your workspaces.
Home page
The Jooxter home page gives you an overview of several elements concerning your day:
- Where you work/what your status is (telecommuting, on site - building concerned, off site or on the road)
- Your space reservations (offices, meeting rooms, telephone bubbles, parking spaces)
- Your favorite colleagues with their status
- Your main reservation (your office)
In all these inserts, you can click on "See all" to be redirected to the dedicated pages.
Notifications
Thanks to notifications, Jooxter takes care of reminding you about your reservations.
Simply activate your notifications in the application and let us keep you informed of your day's meetings.
We want to make your experience as simple as possible. That's why, by clicking on the notification, you'll be redirected to the necessary action in the application so that it only takes a few seconds of your day.
The "Find me" feature
With work patterns changing and hybrid working becoming the new norm, it can be difficult to collaborate effectively and stay organized. Jooxter understands this, and we offer you a quick and easy way to organize your team schedule.
The "Find me" Beta feature:
- It's easy for everyone to find a time to meet up with a colleague.
- A manager can invite his or her team to reserve nearby offices for collaboration.
