Why did Kraft Heinz Italy call on Jooxter in the first place?
"When we were looking for a new office, we had to find a new solution to book our workspaces, our office attendance.
So, by recommendation, we were put in touch with Jooxter, which immediately convinced us with its ease of use and very good workplace management."
What were the main challenges you faced before implementing Jooxter?
How would you describe the implementation of Jooxter and how long did it take?
"So the user implementation was very quick and easy. I would say in the last part of the move phase, we had a billion tasks to close.
And even though we found it very easy and simple to work with, we used it during the dark period and when deadlines were fully met because a week before opening, we were able to provide full training to the whole company to understand how to use Jooxter."
So what are the advantages of using Jooxter?
"Jooxter is very easy to use. You can book your place in just a few clicks. Don it's very easy to understand where you're going. You'll have to see too because there's a map that shows exactly where you're booking your space. It's easy too, because you can see right from the home page where your team is going to be seated. So you can choose the seat closest to them. And it's very easy when you need to book your day."
Why would you recommend Jooxter?
"Jooxter is a very simple and fast application. It was very easy to set up and today every colleague uses it without any problem.
So that means it's also maintenance-free. We absolutely recommend using Jooxter."
