Deloitte moves from Neuilly-sur-Seine to La Défense and experiments with Flex Office: Jooxter and Deloitte work together to change the way people work.
Deloitte is rolling out Flex Office at its La Défense offices with Workplace Experience: reservations and occupancy of the site's 19 floors are controlled via the Jooxter application, and employees can easily find an office and meeting rooms, all with a "flex rate" of less than 1.
COVID episode: Workplace Experience helps Deloitte manage on-site presence and maintain the physical distance required in this unprecedented context.
Deloitte's strategic real estate analysis was enriched by the data resulting from the use of Workplace Experience: they decided to reduce their m2 by almost 30%, to further reduce the "flex rate" and to transform their entire premises to guarantee an optimal employee experience in adapted spaces.
Thanks to Workplace Experience's collaboration functionalities, Deloitte enhances the collaborative experience of its teams, taking into account the specificities of each business (Audit/Consulting, Legal, internal functions, etc.).
Deloitte would like to study the deployment of the Workplace Sensors solution, which combines attendance and booking data with actual occupancy data, further enhancing employee comfort and calculating a potential reduction in the site's environmental and financial impact.
